Embrace Life Transitions

Aging and what's left behind

Life Transition Coaching

Picture
Life transitions are opportunities for growth, however it isn't always a cake walk. Change can be some of the hardest and most valued experiences of our lives. Some transitions feel like speed bumps, and others like a multiple car pile-up. Each step of the way provides new information that can open doors to self discovery.

My role is to walk beside you and share what I see, offering guidance, ideas, insights, and support throughout the process. As you gain a broader understanding of what may be in your way, you will find more energy and agency in moving forward. Transitions can be welcome opportunities to expand your perspective, learn about yourself, and enrich your life.
Regular discussions of death before a parent has died are vital to the health of the family. It can set the stage of a rich experience for survivors after the parent is gone. If you are interested in learning more, reach out to me.

For the death of a parent to be less threatening
I offer ways for families to have conversations
about death before the time arrives.
After Life Wisdom was born and created from my experience after my mother passed. I was suddenly thrust into the executor role of the family estate, my siblings and I were not prepared for the emotional loss and grief of losing her. I had no idea what managing the estate entailed, and quickly learned that healthy navigation of conflicts and tensions among family members is a critical part of the role.

Now, I coach parents to start thinking beyond their death and begin discussions about their wishes for the family after they are gone. As well, I help children of aging or deceased parents who struggle with the responsibilities, grief and loss, navigating family relationships and more. Death is a topic that no one wants to face, but your lineage can benefit (and maybe strengthen) if the family defines and holds to shared principles. If you are a survivor of one or more deceased parents, please take this survey.

Clarity Insight Process

I created the Clarity Insight Process to help people become unstuck from uncertainty and/or indecision. This is a unique and efficient way to get to the core of a challenge or tough decision. In the process, clients can learn a lot more about themselves, exactly what is in their way, and how to break free. See how this has helped people.
